Les éléments de signalétiques vous seront remis lors du dépôt des œuvres uniquement pour les nouveaux lieux d’expos.

Petit rappel sur les coûts : Drapeau 47 Euros et Flèches 28 donc prenez-en soin et si vous n’en n’avez plus besoin pensez à les rendre à l’Assoss.

ORGANISATION DE L’EXPOSITION

TAILLE DES ŒUVRES

Est alloué à chaque artiste un espace d’environ 1 mètre par 1.50 m à vous de voir ce que vous souhaitez exposer.

DEPOT DES ŒUVRES

Le 18 mars de 14h à 17h 30 Je ne resterais pas plus tard je n’ai pas de véhicule et rentre en bus.

Le 19 mars de 9h à 12 h. Merci de respecter ces horaires si vous ne pouvez pas contacter les autres membres pour faire un envoi groupé.

ACCROCHAGE

Vendredi
Nous vous rappelons que l’accrochage se fait en fonction des lieux d’exposition en suivant la numérotation de la carte en aucun cas en fonction des préférences ou des désidératas de chacun.

Pour les céramistes et sculpteurs : 4 armoires vitrines c’est préférable car enfants maintenant si vous préférez que votre œuvre soit sur un socle merci de le fournir sachant que l’assoss n’en prend pas la responsabilité.

Comme d’habitude : bar payant à l’extérieur. Même tarif que l’année dernière (je ne me souviens pas )

Besoin de bénévole pour bar et pour vente des livrets d’expo.

The signs (arrows and flag) will be given when submitting your works only for new places of exhibitions.

Small reminder on costs: 47 Euros Flag Arrows 28 and then take care of them and if you do not need them you can give them back to the Board.

We remind you that the hanging is based on the numbering of the map and not based on the preferences or desires of each.

For ceramists and sculptors: 4 windows cabinet is preferred because of children play in the space on the Wednesday afternoon now if you prefer that your work is on a pedestal thank you for providing it
